The purpose of this internship program is to deliver university student with right starting career in Human Resource Management. This will be three-months program which participant will gain real experience in HR function with direct guideline from the Project Manager, Team leader, and team member and also get staff compensation. You will also receive regular performance feedback during the internship program. It is an opportunity to strengthen and build up self-confidence and other skills, especially self-career development that lead to your dream job.
• Support HR team with HR multiple tasks
• Support the team by conducting the whole process of recruitment and selection
• Job posting through most effective channels (Universities, Websites, Social Media, National Employment Agency, etc...)
• Conduct CV screening and sourcing potential candidate for job interview
• Introduce candidates for company's available career opportunities
• Arrange interview schedule for HR Manager or HR Supervisor
• Join the team to interview and analyze the candidates
• Follow up and maintain positive relationship with the candidates
• Entry candidate's data and update recruitment database tracking to ensure that it is up-to-date
• Assist the team to follow up and collect documents from employee new entrances (National ID card, family's book, workbook, NSSF, bank account, certificates, or other related documents)
• Copying, scanning, and filing documents
• Assist the team to solve employee issues and feedback
• Assist the team to conduct field visit and survey
• Other tasks will be assigned by HR team
